missingWrote a review on Nov 13missing towelsexorbitant fees
I can’t believe I almost gave a good review, but honestly, the missing towels and shampoo were just inexcusable. The room was overpriced, considering I clearly thought I was exempt from that ridiculous resort fee. Why wasn’t I treated like royalty? Seems like no special treatment here. Truly sad, I expected more like everyone must know my name!

great service , but some minor room issues
The exceptional breakfast offered a diverse selection including salmon, meats, and fresh fruits, beautifully presented. I particularly enjoyed the spacious King Room with a Garden View, where the comfortable bed made for restful nights. The outdoor hot tub provided a relaxing retreat with a lovely ambiance, enhanced by the stunning garden views that truly elevate the experience.
The rooms felt a bit dated, which could use a modern touch.

missingWrote a review on Aug 29beautiful viewsoutdoor hot tubloud music
Spent a fun weekend with friends soaking in the beautiful views and enjoying the outdoor hot tub. The food was on point, especially dinner. Definitely a great spot for a relaxing getaway with good company!
One downside was the noise levels, especially during events like weddings. Our group's evening was somewhat disrupted by loud music and voices from a celebration below us, which was a bit disappointing.

It was just a good match for a trip in Windermere with good value for cost. The lunch we had was nice, but the chicken pate was frozen solid, so they offered a discount instead. Make sure to check restaurant hours before your stay.

Couples looking for a nice getaway
I can't tell you how amazing the service was! The team was always there with a smile, especially our waiter with the blond hair highlights who made sure my wife's cravings were satisfied.
It wasn’t cheap, but considering the experience we had, it was worth it.
